Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026 — These terms cover all C4 Lifestyle Studio digital platforms, mobile apps, games, websites, and media.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any C4 Lifestyle Studio digital product — including the TeamC4 App, C4 Garage, Petty Rides, Ride & Color, TeamC4 Snapchat Lens, C4 Vision AI, C4 Redline, TeamC4 Comic, The Lifestyle Podcast, HPL Social, C4 Link App, TeamC4 TV, Own the Streets, Turbo Hunt, and TeamC4 Drift Legends (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access them using a method other than the interfaces we provide, reverse engineer any part of the Services, or use them to infringe the rights of others.
3. Accounts and Community Content
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of content you post (builds, photos, comments, ride logs), but you grant C4 Lifestyle Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Services. You may not post content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or misleading.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, software, games, and media provided through the Services — including the C4, TeamC4, and HPL marks — are the property of C4 Lifestyle Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.
5. Purchases and Digital Goods
Certain Services may offer paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or digital goods. All purchases are final except where required by law or the applicable app store policy. Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (app stores, Snapchat, streaming services, social networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Automotive information, fitment data, and AI-generated content are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only — always verify specifications with a qualified professional before modifying a vehicle.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C4 Lifestyle Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where required. You may stop using the Services at any time; certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest revision will be posted on this page.
